At Print Web Sphere, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return, products must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. All original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and labels must be included and undamaged.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Before sending an item back, please contact our customer support team at info@printwebsphere.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Please pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, and include the RMA number as instructed.
Do not send a return without prior approval, as we may be unable to process it.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as Print Web Sphere cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
Approved refunds are generally processed within seven (7) business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and may arrange a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund where applicable.
To help us resolve the matter quickly, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging when available.
